Mossgiel Milk

Mossgiel Organic Dairy is a family-run, organic dairy farm located in Mauchline, Ayrshire. Renowned for its commitment to sustainability, the dairy produces award-winning, non-homogenised milk, from pasture-raised cows.  Mossgiel’s gentle method of slowly brewing their milk, rather than rapid pasteurisation, creates the perfect barista milk, which coffee shops in Scotland think is just moo-arvellous!  

Mossgiel is the UK’s first single-use, plastic free diary, delivering milk in reusable glass bottles, buckets and churns, to reduce waste. The farm transitioned to organic farming methods to prioritise animal welfare, environmental health, and high-quality milk production.

Mossgiel is also known for its community-focused approach, supplying milk to local businesses, schools, and homes. Its mission is to provide nutritious, ethical dairy products, working hand-in-hand with nature, to protect the planet for future generations.
